As a brief follow-up to our 12/27/07 posting of our client's evaluation of Gisco's Mega Cut D edm wire, we have more to pass on to our interested readers.

This past week, I visited this customer, and spoke with the wire edm operators and engineers involved with this project. They were very pleased and excited with the results of the Gisco product.

We've run into more clients rolling the dice lately on the higher priced Gisco/Bedra Mega Cut D wire, with eye-popping results.

One recent example, is a wire edm shop faced with the task of cutting 6" tall stainless tubing; approximately .625" diameter with a .3125" ID.
