MaxCut Star 900 Special coated edm wire is a new product, in fact we've been testing it for approximately 8 to 10 months with outstanding results. Todate, we've conducted extensive testing on AGIE, Charmille, Fanuc, Mitsubishi, Sodick, and Makino wire edm machines; our customer's have been extremely pleased with the results on their machines (i.e. mentioned above).

As a brief follow-up to our 12/27/07 posting of our client's evaluation of Bedra's Mega Cut D edm wire, we have more to pass on to our interested readers.

This past week, I visited this customer, and spoke with the wire edm operators and engineers involved with this project. They were very pleased and excited with the results of the Gisco product.

We've run into more clients rolling the dice lately on the higher priced Gisco/Bedra Mega Cut D wire, with eye-popping results.

One recent example, is a wire edm shop faced with the task of cutting 6" tall stainless tubing; approximately .625" diameter with a .3125" ID. The customer was faced with wire-cutting dovetail shapes thru the length of the I.D. of the stainless tubing.
