MaxCut Star 900 Special coated edm wire is a new product, in fact we've been testing it for approximately 8 to 10 months with outstanding results. Todate, we've conducted extensive testing on AGIE, Charmille, Fanuc, Mitsubishi, Sodick, and Makino wire edm machines; our customer's have been extremely pleased with the results on their machines (i.e. mentioned above).

I truly believe the MaxCut Star 900 wire will put the heat on our competition. We're seeing increased cutting speeds of 22% to 50%, while maintaining accuracies, and in selected cases our clients are claiming superior finishes that competitive brand coated and brass edm wires.

In fact, we've tested this wire against gamma phase wires, european made zinc-coated wires, and speed wires with impressive results versus each.

We presently stock a wide range of spool sizes, from 11-lb (P5) spools, 22-lb (P10) spools, 44-lb (P20) spools, and the DIN series of spools (17.5-lb spools, 35-lb spools, and 55-lb spools.
